fairvis.cli

Console script fairvis, starts the app with streamlit.

The options of .streamlit/config.toml of the repository are not read when the app runs from an installed package, so they are passed on the command line. Further arguments are passed to streamlit run, e.g. fairvis --server.port 8502.

Default options of streamlit run, the same as in .streamlit/config.toml.

streamlit_argv 

streamlit_argv(args)

Command line of streamlit run for the app.

Parameters:

Start the FAIR-CA visualization app.

The output is written as UTF-8: the messages of streamlit contain non ascii characters, which the ansi code page of a redirected stdout on windows, e.g. cp1252, cannot encode (UTF-8 is the default from python 3.15 on, PEP 686).
