Helpers to work with COPASI files.

write_ids_to_names ¶

write_ids_to_names(input_path, output_path)

Write SBML ids as names.

Parameters:

Name	Type	Description	Default
`input_path`	`Path`	path of the SBML file to read	required
`output_path`	`Path`	path of the SBML file to write	required

Raises:

Type	Description
`ValueError`	if the input file cannot be read, see `read_sbml`
`OSError`	if the output file cannot be written, see `write_sbml`
