The command line of verify, run as python -m sbmlsim.run verify.

parser 

parser()

Create the parser of the command line.

verify 

verify(args=None)

Run a subcommand.

Parameters:

the command line arguments, sys.argv[1:] by default.

Returns:

The exit code: 0, 1 if the subcommand found a difference, 2 for a

command which cannot be run as it was asked (UsageError, or the

arguments, which argparse rejects) and 4 for a project which cannot be

loaded (ProjectNotLoaded, as the kinds of the run layer).
